I went to Muddy Waters for the first time today after work on a Friday. It's been open for about 6 weeks now. I sampled some whiskeys and one of their jalapeno infused cocktails which were absolutely delicious. Sebastian Carosi ( chef / owner ) and the seemingly already locals and bar/wait staff were all very friendly. I didn't get a chance to try any of the eats yet, but I'll definitely be going back soon because the service was excellent and the inviting aromas of other guests food.
